You retain ownership of content you post on Gibbet. By submitting content, you grant Studio Gibbet a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.
You are solely responsible for the content you post. We do not endorse any user content. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines.
Community moderators have the authority to remove content and users from their Lily Pads. Gibbet staff may take additional action on violations of these Terms at the platform level.
The Gibbet name, logo, product design, and all platform-owned content are the property of Studio Gibbet and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, or distribute any part of the Service without our express written permission.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms, our Community Guidelines, or is otherwise harmful to the Service, other users, or third parties.
You may delete your account at any time by visiting gibbet.app/delete-account.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Studio Gibbet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction.
